Copy your finished writing or download it for your website. Direct publishing requires an eligible connected account and your approval of each post. Facebook and Instagram access for customers remains pending Meta review.

A new draft is one article, blog post, set of website text or social post for one platform. Reformatting for another platform or producing a scheduled draft counts as a new draft. Each draft includes three AI rewrites. Manual edits and downloads do not use an allowance.

A researched new draft uses one draft and one research check. Reviewing factual claims uses one research check. SEO has its own allowance: improving existing writing uses one SEO improvement, without using a rewrite or research check. Creating new writing with SEO also uses one draft.

Each new generated image or regeneration uses one image. Uploading your own image does not use the generated-image allowance. An upload or a request for fresh caption and alt-text suggestions uses one image-description request. A generated image includes its first description. Manually editing a caption or alt text is free.

The paid plans will show what an action uses before it starts. Confirmed failed generations will not use your paid allowance. If a request is interrupted, its allowance stays pending while the app checks whether a result was saved. There will be no automatic overage charges. At a limit, you can keep editing and downloading saved work while you wait for renewal or choose a different plan.

Your paid plan includes the allowances shown above. You can still edit and download saved work after paid access ends. Cancellation and refund rules are below.

Your signup price and included allowances are protected for your first 12 months from paid signup while you stay continuously subscribed to the same plan. New prices for new subscribers do not automatically change your subscription.

After that protection ends, any price increase takes effect only at a renewal at least 30 days after we email you notice, or later where required by law. The notice shows your old and new prices, what is included, the reason for the change, the first charge date and how to cancel before that charge. We will not increase your price mid-period or impose automatic overage charges.

If you voluntarily change plans or cancel and later subscribe again, the price and allowances shown for that choice apply. Recovering a payment on the same subscription does not by itself remove your price protection. This is not a lifetime price guarantee.

Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel. Cancel in Account through Manage subscription before your next renewal to stop the next charge. Cancellation keeps access through the current paid period unless a refund or payment problem ends that access.

Request a refund within seven days of your first subscription payment by contacting support@bylinego.com. This first-payment policy does not restart when you change plans or subscribe again. When we approve the refund, we stop renewal and end the refunded paid access. Your saved writing stays in your account.

Renewal payments are not covered by the first-payment refund window. We review renewal billing errors individually. Cancellation alone does not automatically refund a payment or unused time. This policy does not limit refunds or cancellation rights required by applicable law.
